Ryan O’Sullivan

Founder & CEO

Ryan is a proven businessman, and investor who likes to start and grow successful companies. He has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, spending the past 15 years transforming financial technology through innovation and speed. He co-founded Betterment and led it as President and Member of the Board of Directors, making it the largest independent online asset manager in the United States. Ryan is a proven executive successful in leading private and public corporations including asset management and private equity operating companies.

Will Callender

Founder & President

Will is an expert strategy and product innovation leader.  He has spent 25+ years in financial services, trusted by 250+ executive management teams/boards at banks, payment companies, and fintechs on strategy, product innovation, risk management and governance issues. He was most recently a partner at global management consulting firm Kearney where he was Head of the Americas Financial Services Practice and the firm’s New York Office. Will is an Advisory Board Member of the Mid-Size Bank Coalition of America (MBCA).

Emil Matsakh

Founder & COO

Emil is an innovative financial technology executive with demonstrated success in launching digital businesses and driving data and analytics transformations. He was most recently Chief Analytics Officer at Commonwealth Bank of Australia ($1T+ in total assets), where he co-led the launch of their neo bank, converting 1+ million customers in its first year; the fastest growing digital bank in the world. Emil is a recognized industry leader in applying analytics and artificial intelligence at scale to enhance customer experience and mitigate risk.

Mike Meinolf

CIO

Mike is a recognized leader and innovator in information, financial and risk technology as well as payments. He brings more than 20 years of experience to FinMain where he is responsible for the overall direction and delivery of our information technology systems, platforms and strategies. Prior to joining FinMain, Mike was EVP & Chief Information Officer at Associated Bank, a $40 billion financial institution. Mike held prior executive leadership roles at The Clearing House (TCH), developing patented tokenized products, including Apple Pay. He also held key leadership roles at FIS, and Metavante.
